Distillery Plants

Atmospheric distillation

VSSSA offers atmospheric distillation process for Wash to Rectified Spirit, Wash to ENA and wash to Ethanol plant.

Beer stripping column

The beer column is the first column in the technological flow sheet and requires considerable capital and operational costs of removing alcohol from the mash.

Rectification column

Alcohol distillation column designed for raising of the concentrations of ethanol (spirit) upto 94.6% (approximately) as per IS 323

Distillation Column Trays

We are able to design and manufacture all types of conventional distillation column trays (with the exception of certain proprietary types) for any column size.

Bubble Cap Column

Bubble Cap Column is a bell shaped cap which is fixed on the top of a cylindrical risers through which the vapor passes the tray deck.

HEAT EXCHANGERS

We fabricate shell & tube heat exchangers like Reboiler, Condenser, Evaporator (Both Falling Film and Forced Film), Calendria etc.

CHEMICAL REACTORS

The design of chemical or pharmaceutical reactor has to cover several issues. These systems are often customized according to specific customer requirements.
